Admission Requirements

Entry requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited college or university
  • Earn a 3.0 GPA (B average) in all undergraduate and/or graduate coursework. (Official transcripts with both original and English translations of all university courses in which you have been enrolled. Unofficial transcripts are accepted but official copies must be submitted prior to beginning classes).

Careers in the production of the arts, leisure, and entertainment represent rapidly expanding sectors of the domestic and world economies. The 36-credit M.A. program in arts and entertainment administration prepares students for these careers, drawing upon the strong arts and museum programs at Valparaiso University as well as the rich artistic opportunities in Northwest Indiana and Chicago.
