International English Language Testing System (IELTS - Academic or IELTS Indicator) with a minimum overall band score of 6.5 with no part less than 6.0.
Test of English as a Foreign Language internet based test (TOEFL iBT) with an overall score of 88 or better with a minimum score of 20 in each of the four components (listening, speaking, writing, reading)
Canadian Academic English Language (CAEL) with an overall score of 70, with no part less than 60.
Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) with an overall score of 65, and a minimum score of 60 in the Communicative Skills, including: Listening, Reading, Speaking, Writing.

The Business major program is in the Beedie School of Business. Non-Business students may also choose to pursue a Business Minor to complement their studies.
During the course of your BBA program, you will choose to specialize in at least one of nine concentrations (Accounting, Innovation and Entrepreneurship , Finance, Human Resource Management, International Business, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Operations Management, or Strategic Analysis).
Accounting identifies, measures, and communicates economic information to external groups such as investors, and to internal groups, such as managers. You will take accounting courses in the core degree program as well as courses in tax, auditing, and advanced accounting. Some accounting courses may count toward the professional designations of the Chartered Professional Accountants program (CPA).

Admission to this concentration requires a cumulative grade point average of 2.70 or higher. Students may apply once they have completed their lower division requirements and have either completed or enrolled in both BUS 320 and 360W. Students must have a minimum grade of a C+ in both of these courses before they are admitted to the concentration and these courses may be repeated a maximum of one time each for admission. Only students admitted to this concentration will be permitted to enroll in upper division (300- and 400-level) accounting courses required for this concentration (with the exception of BUS 320).
