Our three-year Business Management with Human Resources BSc(Hons) will help you to understand the foundations of business practice with specialist HRM subjects such as managing and developing employees and employment law.
You will address core business topics in addition to organisational behaviour, managing and developing people and cross-cultural working. Human resource management options include employee recruitment, leadership, employee relations and organisational change.
All of our business degrees share the same first year, offering you the flexibility to change your final degree title. At the end of your first year you can choose to continue with the Business Management with Human Resources BSc(Hons), choose one of the other following specialisms, or follow a broader study of business in the Business Management BSc(Hons):

Students with good first-year grades also have the opportunity to convert to the four-year Business Management with HRM and Placement Year BSc(Hons), which includes a salaried work placement during the third year, adding valuable experience to your CV.
