Homestay
A homestay is a cultural exchange between an international student or visitor and an individual or family in the host country. The “host” provides accommodation and support for an agreed-upon period of time and rate. Homestay can be tailored to provide meals, assistance, and other activities.
Homestays are designed to support international students and visitors who come to the host country to learn about its culture and lifestyle, improve their language skills, or study academic courses. Properly managed homestay is the ideal way to be introduced to a new country. Students learn to understand the language, culture and customs of the region in which they are studying. Many of our students make lifelong friends with their host.
Homestay fee is from $315/ week, including your room, breakfast, self-serve lunch on weekends, laundry facilities and telephone access.

You can also request homestay through your agent or through their admissions centre. Prices start from $210 to 350/week including meals. Please note payment for homestay is required at the time of booking and placement fees apply.
Private accommodation
If you’re over 18 you can choose to look for a private house, flat or apartment, which you can rent furnished or unfurnished. If you choose an unfurnished house, flat or apartment, you’ll need to provide your own furniture and appliances. Sharing rental accommodation with other students is a good way to reduce your living expenses.
The rate is from $250 to $350+ a week, with living expenses (food, utilities, transport, entertainment, etc.) incurring additional costs.
