Entry requirements:
The minimum academic requirements for entry to ECC's Diploma and Post-Graduate Qualifying Program (PQP) programs are outlined below. Not all qualifications or countries are listed, so if you have other qualifications you should attach certified transcripts to your ECC application form. ECC will assess academic qualifications in line with the National Office of Overseas Skills Recognition (NOOSR) Country Education Profiles (CEPs)
Students who have completed professional qualifications such as the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry Diploma (LCCI) are also eligible for entry to ECC.
English level:
The medium of instruction for all courses taught at ECC is English. Applicants must be able to demonstrate their English language proficiency before they enter an ECC program. This can be met by obtaining one of the results shown in the table below.
A free, non-credit Academic Support Unit (ADU100) will be available each study period. Students may choose to enrol in this unit voluntarily or enrolment may be imposed as a prerequisite or corequisite to other units of study.

The Diploma of Hotel Management leads into the second year of the Bachelor of International Hotel and Resort Management at ECU. The industry-based course provides students with the essential knowledge and competencies required in hotels and resort organisations, and incorporates a one-semester internship placement with a leading hotel when student’s progress into their second year of the bachelor degree.
