There are currently no TOEFL or IELTS requirements. Student will need to write a placement test (Math, English and Science for students applying for Grade 11/12 Science streams) when they arrive in Canada to determine what level of support will be necessary and what level of English language support may be needed, if any.
Bronte College follows the Ontario Curriculum of education, alongside additional enrichment programs including the International Baccalaureate (IB) and the AP Program.
As an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, Bronte College encourages a collaborative learning environment that focuses on inquiry-based learning rather than fact memorization. By satisfying the requirements of the Ontario Ministry of Education Curriculum guidelines, all Bronte students will graduate with an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) and have the option of pursuing the IB Diploma Programme (DP) in Grades 11 to 12 or the AP Program in Grade 12. Students enrolled in these enriched programs may be granted university credits upon successful completion of Grade 12 courses.
