Subject-specific requirements : Your qualification can be in any subject. You may also be considered for the course if you have other professional qualifications or experience of equivalent standing.
Certificate of Academic Standing from the Bar Standards Board: If you have a non-UK degree and intend to practise as a barrister you must have a Certificate of Academic Standing from the Bar Standards Board.
This is a rewarding, intensive, fast-track qualification, designed to prepare you for your future career.
Our GDL has skills training at its core, enabling you to think logically about legal problems. Our course meets the requirements of the Bar Standards Board and the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and can set you on the road to qualification as a barrister, solicitor or other legal professional.
