You are guaranteed a place if your honours degree is a 2:1 or above
Students without a 2:1 honours degree from the UK or Republic of Ireland are required to evidence that they meet the academic entrance requirements of the relevant professional body. This includes applicants with overseas degrees or mature students without an undergraduate degree
If you wish to study our LLM Law and Legal Practice with the BTC Part 1 option, you will be required to meet the BTC eligibility criteria
English requirements
Written and spoken English to at least IELTS 7.0 (overall) with a minimum level 6.5 in each component or suitable equivalent.
If you’re a non-law graduate, our new Law Conversion Course (PGDL) is your first step into a legal career, available to study from September 2020. This allows for progression onto the current LPC or future SQE preparation course for solicitors+, or our Barrister Training Course (BTC).
