Admission Requirements

Entry Requirement


Normally a 2:2 honours degree or equivalent is required. Work experience is useful but not essential. Applicants with non-standard entry qualifications will be considered. If you are unsure whether you meet the entry requirements please contact us.

English Requirements

  • IELTS 6.5 with minimum of 5.5 in each component

  • PTE 61 (with no less than 51 in each component

  • Cambridge: 176 with no less than 162 in each component

Course Information

The Management (Human Resources) MSc will help you study HR within a managerial perspective and to undertake specialist studies in the management of talent, reward and performance.

During the course you’ll be working on case studies and live client projects. There’s also an option of paid work experience which will help you put the latest academic thinking and business strategies into practice as you prepare for future management roles.

Full-time students also have the option to add work experience to their masters through a year’s paid placement in industry.

Initially, you will complete the same core modules as on other management courses. At the end of term two you will then be able to specialise in one of three areas, or continue on a more general route toward our Management MSc qualification.
