Why Winkler Campus

Red River College’s Winkler Campus provides access to education in the Pembina Valley by offering several full-time programs as well as a wide variety of part-time courses. We also offer the Mature Student diploma program and academic upgrading courses through the Winkler Community Learning Centre.

RRC courses offer personal and professional development for adults at many different stages in their lives and careers. Our mandate is to assist you with quality programs that are dedicated to individual learning.
