As international students are an integral part of the SJMHS community, residence hall staff and caring host families serve as essential guardians aiding in everyday life as well as second-language acquisition.
Academically, every student is assigned an expert guidance counselor on the first day of school to help navigate the college admissions process. Socially, students have access to a myriads of opportunities for school clubs, sports teams, visual and performing arts, and excursions to major landmarks in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Malibu, Monterrey, Yosemite National Park – all just a car-drive away.
