EAPP: IELTS 4.0 or equivalent.
English for General Purposes (EGP) is designed for students who are at beginner level of English, while English for Academic Purposes Preparation (EAPP) prepares students to study intermediate level English.
Each level is studied over two 5 week modules. The total study required for each level is 10 weeks. Students can expect to study 20 – 25 hours per week in the classroom, plus self-directed study as required. Students can expect their IELTS to improve 0.5 for each 10 week block of successful study. Assessment is based on coursework, exams and minimum attendance requirements.
