You will learn English but perhaps not as you may have learnt it before.
Designed specifically for international students, the English for University Study (EUS) offers you an opportunity to explore what it is like to study at University. This programme is applicable for those of you who have had little opportunity to learn a subject in English or are looking for a more gradual introduction into studying at University.
During the EUS programme you will develop not only your everyday English language confidence but also the skills required to join an academic course at University. You will practice your newly acquired English skills alongside other likeminded international students in a friendly and supportive environment.
We offer both a 3 and 6 month programme, your choice will depend on your entry level and how long you would like to experience learning and living at a Northumbria Newcastle University.
