We offer scholarships and bursaries to help you with the decision of coming to study with us. The amount that you receive is dependent upon both the programme that you are interested in, your nationality and your academic qualifications. Please note that only the programme OR country bursary/scholarship will apply, you will receive whichever is greater.

During the application process, our admissions team can advise you of the scholarships and bursaries that are available to you, this will be automatically applied so you do not need to worry about completing a separate application.

• Camden Court

Rolling out of bed and making it to your lecture within five minutes doesn’t have to be a fantasy. With City Campus amenities within a stone’s throw away, Camden Court offers a great combination of en-suite facilities and a central location.

Camden Court is getting a major refurbishment this summer - take a look at a taste of what is to come below. Please note the exact finish of the refurbished spaces may differ, but will be to the same standard.

• Winn: This contemporary residence offers a wide range of en-suite bedrooms in a popular area - only a five-minute walk from City Campus and in a perfect location for the vibrant atmosphere of the Ouseburn Valley and its bustling art and music venues.Choose from a standard, large or premium bedroom, all with a three quarter bed and a private bathroom. You can share the kitchen and living space with flatmates; the flat occupancy varies between four to ten people, making it easy to find friends.
• Trinity square: Based above a retail and leisure centre featuring a multi-screen cinema and a 24-hour Tesco, Trinity Square boasts fantastic facilities and breath-taking views of the river Tyne.
• Glenamara house: Recently refurbished, Glenamara House offers you the perfect combination of value and contemporary design in a convenient location. The University Library, the Students’ Union and the state of the art Sport Centre are just a two minute walk away. Live in a modern study bedroom with a wash-basin and share the kitchen, communal living space and bathrooms with flatmates.
• Lovaice hall: Live in the heart of campus with University facilities on your doorstep. The hall is situated among two other residences and right next to the Library, Students’ Union and Sport Central, placing you in an ideal location for both work and play.
• Claude Gibb: Live in a spacious study bedroom and take in the views of the campus and city centre. The showers and toilets can be accessed through shared corridors, along with the is a shared kitchenette equipped with a fridge, kettle, toaster and a microwave - ideal for preparing snacks.
• Bryson court: Part of Portland Green Student Village, Bryson Court is a six storey modern building in the heart of the trendy Ouseburn Valley, famous for its arts and music scene and just a five-minute walk from the City Campus. Choose from a selection of bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and three-quarter beds, in cluster flats that occupy four to seven people.
• Liberty Central: Liberty Central is only an 2 minute walk to Northumbria University and ideally located within a short walk of the city centre and all its attractions. Book a classic en-suite room, or select a premium en-suite for a bit of extra space in your room.
• Liberty quay: Liberty Quay is situated near the iconic Quayside area in central Newcastle, only a 10 minute walk from the University. You’ll have everything you need under one roof; a spacious common room with a pool table, a PS4 and a smart TV as well as a free on-site gym.
• Amsterdam: Both of the residences offer high quality en-suite accommodation with generous communal spaces for socialising, studying and keeping fit. The buildings are just a short bike ride away from both the City Centre and the teaching facilities for our Amsterdam courses, placing you right in the ideal location to make the most of your time in Amsterdam.
