The Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Agriculture develops your knowledge and skills across agricultural and natural systems, agribusiness and the humanities. This course focuses on major issues and viewpoints confronting industrialised agriculture and society in relation to conservation of the environment and sustainable development. It also develops your understanding of natural ecosystems and how that knowledge can be applied to agricultural ecosystems. You can work your way through the Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma and Master of Sustainable Agriculture, At each level you’ll receive credit for the subjects completed in the previous course. You can chose from a wide range of elective subjects to meet your interests, including /rural management, irrigation and water resource management, cropping systems management, and extension and capacity building. You can study at your own pace, completing between one and four subjects a session, or choose to study a limited range of subjects during Session 3 (November to February) to speed up your progress through the course.
