Using a range of conventional and interactive learning methods, you will develop the knowledge base, analytical, interpretive and evaluative skills required to underpin the practice of diagnostic image reporting.
This module will enable you to develop the skills to analyse and synthesise the principles of vision psychophysics in the context of diagnostic image assessment as well as the application of the principles of performance measurement in diagnostic image reporting. You will also learn to assess the role of the practitioner engaged in diagnostic image reporting from a medico−legal perspective and the recognition and assessment of the factors involved in image pattern recognition.
