International Excellence Scholarship
We offer a range of generous scholarships worth up to £4000 per year, as a tuition fee discount, to high achieving postgraduate (Bachelor's) international students
They are worth the following:
- £4000 scholarships (x3 years)
- £2500 scholarships (x3 years)
- £1000 scholarships (x3 years)
Alumni Referral Discount
For international students enrolling on a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate degree programme who have been referred by an alumnus of the university who holds a full Roehampton qualification or who studied here on an exchange/study abroad programme.
- This scholarship cannot be applied to students enrolling on a short course, including Pre-sessional, International Foundation Certificate, Pre-masters Certificate, Foundation Degree or CPD.
- The scholarship is a tuition fee discount of 20% of tuition fees.
- This discount is not available in conjunction International Excellence Scholarship.
- Awarded based on completion of a relevant form.
Roehampton Music Scholarship
The University of Roehampton offers music scholarships to students demonstrating high levels of excellence in music. They enable undergraduate and postgraduate students to meet some of the costs of developing their talents through lessons, courses, or the purchase of relevant equipment (instruments/strings/sheet music). In return, music scholars enhance the cultural life of the University through performances and other activities.
The cash scholarships are worth up to £1200 per year. Successful recipients also receive travel and entry costs for competitions and gym access.
Scholarship for Sporting Excellence
The University is dedicated to giving its students the opportunity to play sports at all levels. We recognise the difficulties students encounter trying to balance academic studies with training and competition schedules. Alongside the scholarship, we offer a support network designed to encourage talented sports men and women to meet their full potential in their academic studies, as well as their chosen sport.
Cash scholarships worth between £500 and £1500 per year. Successful recipients also receive travel and entry costs for competitions and gym access.
Esports Scholarships
Up to 20 cash scholarships, worth £1500 per year of your degree, are available to students who demonstrate aptitude in esports.
The scholarships are available to students at undergraduate and postgraduate level, including international and full-year study abroad students

They are available for courses with January or September entry. They are worth the following:
- £4000 scholarships (1 year)
- £2500 scholarships (1 year)
- £1000 scholarships (1 year)
Alumni Discount
A 20% tuition fee discount for all UK, EU and international alumni holding a full Roehampton undergraduate degree or postgraduate qualification and those who studied here on an exchange/study abroad programme who wish to return to the University of Roehampton to undertake a higher programme of study.
