Course Information

Become a humanities teacher in a secondary school, where you'll support your students to develop their historical, geographical, social, and economic understanding of societies. This course leads to a career in secondary school teaching with a specialisation in a range of humanities areas.

Students will develop the professional knowledge, skills and attitudes required of an effective classroom teacher.

Secondary school placements during the course ensure valuable practical experience for students.

Students will study a major and minor (and/or extended minor in Humanities areas) in two Arts disciplines.
