- The community development and welfare department's expertise in social welfare is comprised of knowledge, function and attitude that should be provided by the social welfare practitioners, understanding of social welfare systems and policies, understanding of social welfare personnel, understanding of social welfare institution management, understanding of social welfare practitioners' practical skills, understanding of social welfare investigation methods, and understanding of social security systems.
- The area of lifelong education in the department of community development and welfare is comprised of the lifetime education field practitioners, middle managers, and CEOs' lifetime education room trade, and the curriculum that fosters understanding of lifelong education, implementation of lifelong education, understanding of lifelong education system and policies, development and operation of lifelong education programs, evaluation of lifelong education institutions, and various lifelong learning and evaluation subjects.
