You are required to satisfy the applicable English language requirements. This program requires a minimum of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.

With a strong rural soil and water focus and emphasis upon the study of specialist topics including water and wastewater treatment, mine site rehabilitation and salinisation, you will be equipped to tackle environmental issues head on in the fields of the rehabilitation of mines and landscapes, water resource and conservation, salinisation, irrigation structures, environmental studies and research.
Professional accreditation
As a graduate of the Bachelor of Engineering Science, you will eligible to apply for membership with Engineers Australia as an Engineering Technologist. After gaining some experience from working in the field, you can apply for chartered status as an Engineering Technologist.
Professional accreditation
When you graduate with your Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), you will be eligible to apply for membership with Engineers Australia as a graduate Professional Engineer. With the experience you will gain from working in the field, you may apply for chartered status as a Professional Engineer. You will also have the opportunity to work overseas, with your accreditation recognised in those countries that are signatories to the Washington Accord.
