  • Official High School Transcripts.
  • Letter of Recommendation (Optional): One letter of recommendation from a teacher or counselor where you are currently enrolled or most recently attended.

English requirements

  • A minimum score of 460 on the evidence-based reading and writing section of the SAT is required.
  • A minimum score of 19 on the English section of the ACT is required.
  • The La Verne identification code for the TOEFL is 4381. A minimum score of 80 with acceptable bandwith scores is required.
  • A minimum score of 6.5 on the IELTS with acceptable bandwith scores is required.

Course Information

The Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public Administration program at the University of La Verne focuses on the theory, applications, and practice of public sector management. Students gain experience and skills through class participation, special projects, and research reports.

To provide maximum convenience and flexibility, the program is offered online and is available at several locations throughout California, including Bakersfield, Irvine, Ontario, Rio Hondo Community College, and Victorville, as well as at Vandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB).
