Admission Requirements

Entry Requirements

  • Academic requirements:

-  A Bachelor degree is required.

- The school accepts documents in English, or one of the Swiss national languages, i.e. French, German and Italian. If not, an official notarized translation in English will be required.

  • Minimum age: 21 years 
Work Experience: Revelant work experience is preferable, but not required. 

English Language Requirements

Must be proficient enough for higher education studies. English language exam scores (issued in the last 12 months) are required for non-native speakers, or those who have not spent the last two years in full-time English education.

  • IELTS Academic**: Average 6.0 and minimum 5.5 in each component
  • Cambridge***: FCE: grade A (minimum 180 points) CAE: grade C (minimum 180 points)

A course structure designed to give you everything you need to become a leader in the dynamic hospitality industry. The curriculum opens with an exploration of industry trends and important topics including sustainability, guest experience and financial analysis. In semester 2 your studies take you into the worlds of events and entrepreneurship, as well as sharpening your skills in areas such as analytics & revenue management. Your program concludes in a real-world setting during your internship and dissertation in the third semester.

Semester 1: 

Core curriculum: Sustainable Design & Facilities Management; Finance and Performance Analysis; New Trends and Disruptions in Tourism; Global People Management; Guest Experience and Personalization through Data; and Services Marketing in a Digital Age.

Semester 2: 

Core curriculum: Entrepreneurship & Business Modeling; Event Design & Management; Hospitality Analytics & Revenue Management; Strategic Hospitality Management (in a Global Environment); Artificial Intelligence and Business Innovation; and Applied Research Methods. Also includes international business field trip.

Semester 3 : 6-month Internship or Master Thesis:

A six-month professional internship or Master’s Thesis offers a unique opportunity to engage with industry-leading brands and apply the knowledge gained throughout your academic journey.
