The Youth Education major trains professionals who are capable of supporting, advising and orienting the development of adolescents in educational, community and social environments. The program focuses on providing knowledge of psychology, pedagogy, communication skills, counseling skills and organizing career guidance activities, moral education and life skills development for young people.
Students learn song theory with simulation through interview situations, practice at schools, youth centers and non-governmental organizations. After graduation, students can work at:
Schools (school counseling, student psychological support)
Community education centers, youth development centers
Non-profit organizations (NGOs), social research
State agencies in charge of youth or educational development programs
This is a suitable support major for young people who love the job of supporting, inspiring and accompanying the young generation in the process of comprehensive development in terms of psychology - society - education.

Schools at all levels (elementary, secondary):
– Work as teaching assistants, extracurricular activity support teachers, student support staff.
– Provide life skills and moral values guidance to students.
Youth education centers/community centers:
– Organize life skills programs, summer camps, career guidance and future orientation activities.
Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) or government agencies related to children, education, and youth:
– Work as project specialists in education, community or school violence prevention.
Basic psychological counseling and support:
– Work at school counseling centers, provide emotional and behavioral support to students (under the guidance of a psychologist).
Continue studying:
– Students can transfer to a 4-year university in Korea to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work or related fields.
