The degree aims to equip future supervisors and managers with the theoretical base and practical skills to manage people and the dynamics of human interaction in the workplace. It also aims to develop the ability to deal effectively with, and find practical solutions to, people-related issues within organisations.
You will acquire research skills, a broad scientific education in psychology, and a knowledge of the methods for investigating human behaviour and how to implement psychological theories in a business setting.
Upon successful completion, students will be eligible for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) of the British Psychological Society, which is required to gain entrance to BPS accredited postgraduate modules and training programmes that lead to becoming a Chartered Psychologist.
