We will consider applicants who have completed some basic English as a second language college upgrading courses, or LINC Level 4.
We will also consider applicants with international English test scores such as general IELTS, TOEFL or Canadian Language Benchmark.

This eight-month certificate program will help you improve your English skills. Your learning will be enhanced by courses in writing, reading, speaking and listening. In this program, you will use technology to help you with your coursework. Upon graduation, you may enter into a diploma program at Seneca or enter the workforce.
