Course Information

This eight-month certificate program is designed to develop your skills and knowledge appropriate for an entry-level position in the tourism industry. In this program, you will learn to proactively promote tourism products and services, improve the quality of customer experience, and understand North American tourism destinations. 


As an aspiring industry professional, you will study and work in a Seneca branded uniform, which will make you job-ready from the start. The uniform will be purchased by you at an additional cost.
