Entry Requirements

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, or a mature applicant

  • English: Grade 12 C or U, or equivalent course

Course Information

This eight-month certificate program is designed to develop your skills and knowledge appropriate for an entry-level position in the tourism industry. In this program, you will learn to proactively promote tourism products and services, improve the quality of customer experience, and understand North American tourism destinations.
