Course Information

Learn to turn an idea into a profitable product with our extended degree in engineering, design and innovation. The course includes a foundation year to develop your study skills.

Our extended degree in engineering, design and innovation will develop your design and engineering skills so you can create new products. You should get an understanding of core engineering disciplines plus specialist knowledge in product and computer-aided design.

As the course includes an extra year to prepare you for degree-level learning, we ask for lower entry points than for our standard BEng.

You should graduate from this course as an engineer and inventor with the ability to set up your own engineering business. As an entrepreneur, you'll have the business skills to turn your ideas into reality.
