Learn how to approach business problems strategically and how to adapt to organisational change.
This course is available during the afternoons and evenings on a full-time or part-time basis, which allows you to fit your studies around your other commitments. We also encourage you to attend events and discuss current HR trends with practitioners, faculty and guest speakers. Regular seminars of the CIPD South East Thames branch are held at the university.

Our Human Resource Management graduates have gone on to work for corporates, engineering firms, creative organisations and housing associations, as well as charities and public sector organisations including the NHS.
