The Master's programme Social Transformation – Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE) at Karlshochschule is designed for those who aspire to understand and contribute to the processes of social transformation in a changing world.
The unique interdisciplinary programme combines three core areas: Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, to provide a solid academic foundation for students to:
Look at social issues such as climate change, inequality, migration, global justice from a multidimensional perspective;
Develop critical thinking, transformational leadership, innovation and responsible action;
Practice strategic and systemic thinking, understand power structures and build sustainable organizational models;
Learn how to communicate and intervene in society through tools such as storytelling, art, applied philosophy, and political communication;
At the same time, enhance personal capacity in the journey of personal transformation.
Graduates will become social transformation experts, ready to contribute to building a more just, sustainable and diverse world – in international organizations, NGOs, social enterprises or the public sector.

Positions in: organisational development, innovation management, strategic consulting, business development, social transformation or sustainability project management
Students who complete the programme may take on leadership or consultancy positions in civil society, businesses, international organisations, NGOs or government agencies
