The MSc Management programme at Lancaster University Leipzig is designed for students with no background in business administration, providing a comprehensive understanding of areas such as strategy, marketing, finance, operations and organisational behaviour. Students will learn to analyse, solve problems and make decisions in a global business environment. The programme emphasises practicality, leadership and critical thinking.
The MSc Management course structure at Lancaster University Leipzig consists of three semesters over 12 months:
Term 1: Provides a foundation in management such as leadership, organizational behavior, and strategy.
Term 2: Expands in-depth knowledge in marketing, finance, operations, and data analytics.
Term 3: Dissertation – guided independent research.
After completing the MSc Management program, students can pursue positions such as: project management, strategy consulting, business analysis, operations coordination, human resource management or marketing.
