Learning Outcomes
Students will be able to apply civil construction design principles, develop technical plans, analyse design performance, ensure compliance with regulations, manage project risks and quality, apply geotechnical engineering concepts, and use CAD software for complex drawings.
– CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction or a CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction.
– Higher education programs such as an Undergraduate or Associate Degree program in Building Design.
This qualification may lead to a pathway to work as a Civil Design Manager or Contracts Manager. Employment may include but is not limited to: Civil Engineering Draftsperson, Civil Engineering Design Draftsperson, Civil Design Draftsperson, Civil Construction Supervisor, Senior Civil Works Designer.
