  • A typical offer could be 40 UCAS tariff points
  • achieved GCSE Mathematics (or equivalent) at grade C or above

English requirement

  • IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5.5 in all bands

Course Information

 

 

This programme is split into two stages each taking one year, part-time, to complete. Each stage will explore new areas of computing and expand your skills within a variety of areas. You will undertake individual and group work to enhance your communication, research and presentation skills. You will also explore the use of computer networks as well as the development of databases and operating systems to meet the needs of specific users.

To gain the HNC qualification you must complete eight compulsory modules to a total of 160 credits and it may be possible for you to progress onto the HND or BSc (Hons) qualifications at the University of Northampton on completion of this course.
