Dissertation (60 credits): The Dissertation provides you with an opportunity to undertake a significant piece of self-managed research in a relevant area of particular interest.
Having completed the Dissertation you will be expected to demonstrate:
a comprehensive understanding of the techniques applicable to legal research
conceptual understanding of current research and legal scholarship
the critical appraisal of competing concepts and judgments
the independent evaluation of research data.
