This six-week professional course will further enhance your critical and analytical knowledge of leather manufacture and finishing. Study will take place on a theoretical basis, enhanced by hands-on-practical work in both our tannery and laboratories. The close relationship with industry during your study provides networking opportunities and further enhancement of employment within an exciting and global industry.
Learning teaching and assessment
We use a range of teaching methods including lectures, seminars, workshops and practical sessions. Our virtual learning environment allows you and your course tutors to exchange ideas as well as submit assignments from home. You will be mainly assessed though course work including practical reports, reflective portfolios and presentations.
