Course Information

This course covers a range of project and application areas to showcase the most effective methods of project initiation, planning, execution and close-out. The course content incorporates world-wide best practice from leading professional set of standards such as Project Management Institute, Association for Project Management and PRINCE 2.0.

This course is suitable for those already working within project management or those seeking to enter the profession, and graduates from foundation degree and HND programmes in a range of disciplines.

The programme is relevant to aspiring project managers, however, provides the knowledge and skills that can be applied to a wide range of job roles in multiple sectors such as: events management, hospitality, sport, marketing, product design, as well as more traditional sectors like IT, engineering, logistics, business and management, and construction.
