To gain entry into AUR20516 - Certificate II in Automotive Servicing Technology, students will need to wear work clothing suited to the automotive industry such as:
steel cap boots,
safety glasses, and
protective clothing.
Students will need to demonstrate an appropriate level of language, literacy and numeracy skills and knowledge to undertake a course at this level.
This is a current, nationally accredited qualification from the AUR Automotive Retail, Service and Repair Training Package.
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who perform a range of servicing tasks in the automotive retail, service and repair industry.
To achieve a Certificate II in Automotive Servicing Technology a total of TWENTY (20) units of competency must be completed comprising THIRTEEN (13) Core and SEVEN (7) Elective units as detailed in the packaging rules and listed below.
