Admission Requirements

Entry Requirement

Three-year college diploma or a university degree. (Not Human Resources) 

Note: Graduates of a three-year Business Administration – Human Resources Program are not eligible for this program.

English Requirement

  • TOEFL: A minimum grade of 83 internet-based test, or 220 on the computer-based text.
  • IELTS: Academic IELTS test results required with a minimum score of 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 6.0 in each section.
  • PTE: Minimum score of 60.
  • Cambridge English: Minimum score of 180
  • Duolingo: Minimum score of 115 for entrance to degree programs; minimum score of 125 for entrance to graduate certificate programs.

Course Information

This one-year fast track program provides training to those seeking employment in the Human Resources profession or to those currently working in the field who wish to upgrade their training and gain professional accreditation. The College works closely with the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) in the development of the Human Resources program. The program meets the academic requirements that lead to the designation of Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
