AHTS-Training and Education was founded in Adelaide in 1981, with 40 years’ experience. We are very proud to be the first Nationally Accredited Hospitality School under the Australian Vocational Education and Training system in South Australia. AHTS-Training and Education is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), who operate under approval of the Australian Government Commonwealth Register of International Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS), Australian Skills and Quality Authority (ASQA) and Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).

AHTS has helped launch over thousands of pathways for local and international graduates through developing their future study pathway and employability. AHTS not only provides students with opportunities to develop their skills at the same location across AHTS on-site students café, a training kitchen and a function center, but also external placements ranging from cafes, bars, fine dining restaurants and wineries to 5 star hotels and resorts in regions throughout Australia. The centrally located campuses are just 1-minute walk from each other and they are easily accessible by bus, tram, train and other public transportation.

Students can get their study started with Non-AQF qualification of General English and EAP (English for Academic Purposes), or full qualifications of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality through to Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management, or from Certificate IV in Business up to Advanced Diploma of Business, or from Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology to Diploma of Automotive Technology or choose short courses like RSA, FSA, Barista, Bar operations and Food & Beverage etc. Students’ future pathways are safe with us!
