This course allows managers and leaders from a variety of educational settings to explore the nature of leadership and management in schools, government offices and NGOs. You will be given structured advice about your assignments and practical help with organising your work, undertaking research and managing your reading. You will also have the opportunity to work in groups with other students on the course and with the support of experienced researchers.
