Note: If you do not have previous experience in hospitality we suggest that you first complete the New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service Level 3 . You can concurrently enrol in both the Level 3 and Level 4 components of the New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service.

Graduates will be able to provide advanced service across a broad range of unlicensed and licensed food and beverage service outlets where advanced skills and product knowledge are required eg luxury and upmarket operations. Their knowledge of service principles and the operation in which they work will enable graduates to take responsibility for monitoring and maintaining the standards set by the employer.
