Gain the skills to contribute to the successful management of projects.
This programme will equip you with skills to enable you to scope, manage and lead projects under broad guidance. You'll learn how to use project management software, and about critical path analysis, communicating with stakeholders, determining solutions for operational issues and collaborating and contributing to the achievement of objectives.
You'll also learn about professional and ethical behaviour, and how to comply with internal policies, legislation and other external requirements, enabling you to contribute as a member of a project team to the various stages of a project.

Further study options include the New Zealand Diploma in Business Level 5 (with strands in accounting, administration and technology, leadership and management, and project management). As a graduate of this programme you may be eligible for Project Management Institute Professional credentials.

As a graduate of this qualification you'll have the skills and knowledge to be employed in a variety of business entities in project support roles. You can also utilise your skills for volunteer project roles within community groups.
