Gain the academic skills required for higher-level study in engineering

This six-month programme is designed to build your skills for long term academic and career success by ensuring the essential layers of learning are in place. It covers a variety of subjects aimed at preparing you for the Diploma in Computer Aided Design, the New Zealand Diploma in Engineering or the New Zealand Certificate in Study and Career Preparation Level 4, which then leads to the Bachelor of Engineering Technology in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering.

You'll take core courses designed to equip you with fundamental mathematical and academic skills, then a selection of courses specifically required to advance in your chosen pathway.
